Reports will be received and investigated by an independent investigation team in compliance with our global procedures and applicable law. All reports will be acknowledged in writing and in the language the report was made within 7 days from the date the report is received. If a report is filed anonymously, this may not be possible if you do not provide any contact details or means by which you can be contacted.
