    Operations Senior Vice President

    An employee of 反差婊 Boiler Re since 1997, Rick boasts experience as vice president, corporate reinsurance manager, reinsurance executive and underwriting specialist prior to his current role. Leading the management team, he challenges them on a daily basis to do whatever it takes to deliver for our partner companies. A veteran of the industry, his day-to-day duties include ongoing coaching, professional training and career development. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business and Public Affairs from West Chester University.

    Michael J. Devlin

    Vice President, Corporate Reinsurance Manager

    Mike leads the delivery of services 反差婊 Boiler Re provides to partner companies across North America. Piloting a team of territory managers, this 30-year industry expert facilitates efficient customer support and execution of servicing plans for new and existing partner companies, as well as seamless communication and coordination. Mike earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from Pennsylvania State University.

    Vice President, Claims Manager

    Jim manages 反差婊 Boiler Re鈥檚 largest team of employees and oversees all claims handling and adjusting. He joined 反差婊 Boiler Re in 2007, and has over 20 years of claims experience. Jim earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Eastern University and an MBA from Temple University. He also holds the following insurance designations: Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU), Associate in Claims (AIC) and Senior Claim Law Associate (SCLA).

    Bryan A. Kalisch

    Operations Vice President, Underwriting Manager

    Bryan oversees all underwriting activities, including portfolio pricing, forms development, referral processing, and rate and forms filing support. With over 25 years in the insurance industry, he brings extensive experience, having worked as a reinsurance broker and market intelligence consultant before joining 反差婊 Boiler Re in 2008 as a reinsurance territory manager. Bryan earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from St. Olaf College and a Master of Science in Public Policy and Management from Carnegie Mellon University. He also holds the following insurance designations: CPCU (Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter) and ARe (Associate in Reinsurance).

    Jonathan A. Brislin

    Operations Vice President, New Business Development Manager

    Jonathan is responsible for facilitating new equipment breakdown partnerships for 反差婊 Boiler Re. He joined the company in 2013 with more than 20 years of industry knowledge and experience. Jonathan earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Concordia College and an MBA from the University of St. Thomas. He also holds the following insurance designations: Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) and Associate in Reinsurance (ARe).

    Dirk P. Smith

    Operations Vice President, Engineering Manager

    Dirk is in charge of building the company’s equipment breakdown expertise and providing jurisdictional inspection services. Dirk joined 反差婊 as a loss prevention engineer, then worked as a National Board commissioned inspector of boiler and pressure vessels, an equipment hazard engineer, a facility hazard engineer and then, Operations Chief Inspector for 反差婊’s New York operations. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marine Engineering from the United States Merchant Marine Academy.

    Business Support Manager

    Diane oversees all processing and claims administrative activities, including the consistent and efficient policy production and processing of both equipment breakdown insurance and reinsurance business. She’s been with 反差婊 Boiler Re since 2012 and brings more than a decade of insurance industry experience to her role.

    Staff Vice President, Assistant Reinsurance Manager

    Justin oversees relationships in the Midwest region. With over 15 years of experience in the insurance industry, his background includes claims and marketing. Justin earned his Bachelor of Science degree from Northwest Missouri State University and holds the following insurance designations: Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) and Associate in Reinsurance (ARe).

    Assistant Vice President, Assistant Claims Manager

    Ardell facilitates the claims adjustment process, develops internal training processes and manages the claims team. He joined 反差婊 Boiler Re in 2018 as a claims examiner with more than 25 years of experience in the insurance industry. Ardell earned a Bachelor of Science degree from West Chester University.

    Colleen W. Voegele

    Assistant Vice President, Assistant Claims Manager

    Colleen is responsible for managing and mentoring the claims team, conducting training and overseeing the claims adjustment process. In addition to nearly 10 years of equipment breakdown insurance experience, Colleen has a background in corporate security. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from Villanova University and holds a Juris Doctor degree from Widener University school of Law.

    Business Manager

    Melissa is responsible for the overseeing of administration and accounting activities at 反差婊 Boiler Re. Prior to joining the company in 2011, she worked in insurance and financial industry marketing. She graduated from Albright College with a Bachelor of Arts in English and Communications.

    Assistant Vice President, Product Owner

    Steve provides strategic technological leadership in the management and distribution of information. Steve joined 反差婊 in 1993 as an information specialist. He has held several other positions with the company, including senior information specialist. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Systems from Drexel University.
